Yoga 38 will be at Bootstrap Brewing in Longmont on the first Sunday of the month!  Join us for a donations based yoga class then head over to the brewery for your beer! All proceeds will be given to a local dog rescue, Brighter Days Dog Rescue. Recommended donation is $10/person.

Class Description: An energizing and powerful flow class that will focus on breath to movement, powerful poses, and grounding you in the present. Igniting your life on and off the mat.  This yoga class is for all levels.

*Please bring a mat and water.  Limited mats will be available for rent ($3) at a first come first serve basis.
