Yoga 38 will be at Overstreet Dance Studio in Littleton, CO every Thursday morning at 6 AM for the month of February!  Tuition includes an hour yoga class at the studio! Come join us and get your Thursday mornings off to a great start.

Class Description: An energizing flow class that will focus on breath to movement, powerful poses, and grounding you in the present. Igniting your life on and off the mat.  This yoga class is for all levels.

*Please bring a mat and water.  Limited mats will be available for rent ($3) at a first come first serve basis.
